AMBER GRUBB

Almost entirely self-taught, Amber Grubb’s formal art education extends no further than advanced art classes in high school. However, in the years beyond, she has gained a working knowledge of the world of art galleries, picture framing studios, art shows and public markets. Despite being told repeatedly that a career in the arts was impractical, she has continued producing work–dabbling in everything from photography, painting, found art, multimedia works and public art projects–and welcomes you on her creative adventures. Earle Swope has followed a convoluted path into art via the Marines, the Boise Fire Department, parenthood and a near death experience.
